The AKASYA project, which is a large project with approximately 500,000 m2 of residential, office and shopping mall functions, was designed and constructed within the scope of the BREEAM BESPOKE 2010 green building assessment system. The project has become the largest comprehensive project to receive a BREEAM certificate at the Good level in the BREEAM Bespoke 2010 Interim category.

The 'City' phase, consisting of a Tower and a Horizontal Block designed on a shopping mall that will serve Istanbul, has a dynamic structure open to different people and uses at all hours of the day, unlike the serene structures of the Grove and Lake phases in nature, with its units with flexible plan types, variety of use and social facilities designed within its own area.

Akasya 'City' shopping mall, together with the use of gray water in pool and garden irrigation, the evaluation of rainwater, the creation of floor gardens, grove and lake landscape areas and efficient lighting automations, has become a magnificent project that has received a Breem certificate thanks to the energy efficiency it has achieved.

The tower, where the first 15 floors are planned as offices, the 16th-32nd floors as home-offices and the units at the top as residences, is accompanied by a horizontal residential block that has floor gardens that provide natural green and open space use, as in the other stages, and has a view of the Grove and Lake landscape and the "Oval Garden". The office units on the tower office floors have infrastructure solutions that can be combined and separated modularly horizontally and vertically and have a flexible plan. In addition, the programs of the office tower and horizontal block are supported by social facilities and recreation/landscape areas that allow activities such as gathering, invitation and sports for their users, proposed on the roof of the shopping center they are located on.

Akasya Acıbadem, which was implemented on a total area of ​​182 thousand square meters, has the distinction of being the project with the largest green area on the Anatolian side. The project consists of a total of 3 stages: Grove, Lake and City. It offers a natural life with a total of 58,000 m2 green area, almost three times the size of Bebek Grove, and a 7,500 m2 deep blue biological pond. There are a total of 1,344 houses, a 26,000 m2 Central Park area and a Social Facility in the Grove stage, Lake stage and City stage. Akasya Shopping and Living Center, which will be the new meeting place of the Anatolian side, is another striking privilege in this multi-layered project.
